Welcome to Altum Digital Marketing. By accessing or using our website, services or products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before you sign up for our services.
1. Definitions
“Customer”: Person or entity that contracts the services of Altum Digital Marketing.
“Services”: The services detailed in the catalog published on our website or otherwise provided by Altum Digital Marketing.
“Contract”: The agreement between Altum Digital Marketing and the customer, formalized orally, in writing or electronically.
“Business Day”: Any day except Saturdays, Sundays and official holidays in Mexico.
2. Services Provided
Altum Digital Marketing offers digital marketing services through monthly subscriptions, including:
Web Site Development
Landing Page: $7,500 MXN (one-time payment).
Full Website (5 pages): $17,500 MXN (one-time payment).
Extra Page: $2,500 MXN (one-time payment).
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Local SEO: $5,999 MXN/month.
Full SEO: $12,499 MXN/month.
Digital Advertising
Google Ads: $5,999 MXN/month.
Facebook and Instagram Ads: $5,999 MXN/month.
Social Media Management
Price: $5,499 MXN/month.
Branding
Price: $12,500 MXN (one-time payment).
CRM
(integrated into monthly services).
Additional WhatsApp Business integration: $250 MXN/month.
3. Subscriptions and Payment Terms
Recurring Payment: Subscriptions are monthly and are automatically charged on the date of purchase.
Automatic Billing: The customer authorizes automatic collection through the payment method provided.
Cancellation: The customer can cancel their subscription by sending a message to the number +1 (210) 879-3019 or an email to info@altumdigitalmarketing.com.mx With at least 7 days in advance to the next billing date.
No Refunds: Once payment has been made, refund requests are not accepted under any circumstances.
4. Exclusion of Warranties
Altum Digital Marketing does not guarantee specific results or success in the advertising campaigns or services offered. Results may vary due to external factors, such as changes in platform algorithms, market competition or lack of customer compliance. Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
5. Limitation of Liability
Altum Digital Marketing will not be responsible for:
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.Loss of revenue, profit, or reputation derived from the use of our services.
Technical failures in third-party platforms, such as Meta, Google or payment systems.
Maximum Compensation: The total liability of Altum Digital Marketing is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the last 6 months O $25,000 MXN, whichever is less.
6. Intellectual Property
All material developed by Altum Digital Marketing is the exclusive property of the company.
The customer has a limited, non-transferable license to use the material provided for the duration of the subscription.
The reproduction, distribution or modification of any content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
7. Prohibition of Inappropriate Use
The customer cannot use the services to:
Illegal activities, such as fraud, phishing, or spam
Infringe the rights of third parties, including copyright and privacy. Distribute malicious or unauthorized content.
8. Force Majeure Policy
Altum Digital Marketing will not be responsible for delays or breaches due to causes beyond our reasonable control, such as:
Natural disasters.Interruptions in technological services.Pandemics, labor disputes or government acts.
9. Customer Obligations
The customer is responsible for:
Provide complete and accurate information required for the provision of the service. Comply with applicable local and international laws, including those related to privacy and marketing.
Keep your registered payment method up to date.
10. Dispute Resolution/Informal Negotiation:
An attempt will be made to resolve any conflict through direct negotiation during 30 days.
Binding Arbitration: If not resolved, disputes will be submitted to arbitration at Tampico, Tamaulipas, Mexico, in accordance with local laws.
Deadline for Claims: Any claim must be filed within 6 months after the event that gave rise to the conflict.
11. Ownership of Advertising Campaigns and Websites
Advertising Campaigns:
All campaigns created on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads are the exclusive property of the agency. If the monthly service ends, Altum Digital Marketing can deactivate or eliminate these campaigns.
Web sites:
Sites developed under deferred payment schemes are the property of Altum Digital Marketing until full payment of the agreed amount has been paid.
12. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tampico, Tamaulipas, Mexico.
